I've spent years training in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and strength training. I know exactly how frustrating it is when a cranky shoulder or tight hip gets between you and the things you love to do.

I started Sharp Physical Therapy & Performance because I believe healthcare should be proactive โ€” not just reactive. I specialize in working with active adults who are tired of being told to rest, stop moving, or just push through it. Those aren't solutions.

My goal is to help you find and fix the root cause, stay active, and build a body that keeps up with your life instead of holding you back from it.

I also believe great PT should be inclusive. You don't need to be a competitive athlete or hit a certain fitness standard. If you want to move better and feel stronger in your own body, you're exactly who I'm here for.

Do I need a gym membership to see you?
No. Your session fee covers access to the facility during our appointment. No existing membership required at either location.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral needed. Idaho allows direct access to physical therapists, so you can reach out immediately. If imaging or a physician evaluation is warranted, I'll help guide you through that process.
Why don't you take insurance?
Insurance-based PT means shorter sessions, aides doing the work, and care restricted by a third party's rules. Operating out-of-network means I give you 60โ€“90 minutes of fully individualized care with me โ€” every time, without limitations.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Physical therapy is a qualified medical expense. HSA and FSA cards are accepted at time of service. Out-of-network superbills are available upon request for potential reimbursement through your insurance plan.
How many sessions will I need?
Because sessions are longer and entirely one-on-one, most clients reach their goals in fewer visits than a traditional clinic. We'll outline a realistic timeline during your initial evaluation so you always know what to expect.
I'm not a competitive athlete. Is this for me?
Absolutely. If you want to move without pain and feel confident in your body, you're an athlete in my eyes. Whether you're chasing a PR or just want to carry groceries without wincing, the fundamentals of great movement apply.
What if I'm in a lot of pain right now?
Acute pain is often the best time to come in. Hands-on care and guided gentle movement can calm the area down and accelerate recovery โ€” far faster than waiting it out at home.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. I respect your time and ask the same in return.
